Universal Trades Corporation was incorporated in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004 by a team of trade veterans who believed the Southwest deserved a specialty contractor of genuine quality — one that understood the region's climate, its pace of growth, and the specific demands of desert construction. We started with metal fabrication and electrical services out of our 150 N 18th Ave facility and have systematically added trade capabilities, certifications, and geographic reach over two decades.
Today we self-perform six primary trade disciplines, maintain active project operations across 11 Western states, and have completed over 1,200 commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Our crews are certified, our equipment is owned (not rented), and our project management systems are built for multi-trade complexity.
