Yes — we hold active contractor licenses in 11 Western states: Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming. For projects outside these states, we can typically obtain required licenses within 30–60 days. Contact us with your project location and we'll confirm our licensing status.
We self-perform our six core disciplines — fabrication, electrical, HVAC/mechanical, structural steel erection, pipeline/piping, and project management. For supporting trades (concrete, masonry, drywall, etc.) we work with a vetted network of Southwest subcontractors that we've partnered with on multiple projects. We function as the GC for multi-trade scopes.
We regularly work across a wide range: small service and maintenance contracts at $50K through major design-build projects exceeding $50M. The right fit is really about trade complexity and craft quality requirements — projects where self-perform capability, multi-trade coordination, and Southwest expertise add real value.
Yes — we have specific experience in semiconductor fab construction, cleanroom HVAC (ISO Class 1 through 8), process gas piping systems, and ultra-pure water piping. Our crews understand the contamination control requirements, documentation standards, and cleanroom protocol that chip fab construction demands.
For Phoenix metro and central Arizona projects, mobilization within 5–10 business days is typical for active trade scopes. For projects in our 11-state footprint, 2–4 weeks is the normal window for crew setup and material pre-positioning. Emergency industrial service calls are handled same-day in the Phoenix metro.
Yes — we maintain performance and payment bonding capacity, comprehensive general liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance. We meet or exceed the bonding and insurance requirements for Arizona state, county, and municipal projects, as well as federal government construction contracts.
